Tournament dates are Friday, March 6, 2009 to Sunday, March 8, 2009.

Congratulations to the Berlin Sabres for winning the Mite Tier III North Championship 4-1 over the Kearsarge Thrashers

  • Check that the name matches the birth certificate spelling.
  • Check the box indicating the level of play (Mite, Squirt, Pee Wee, etc.).
  • Check if your child is/is not a goalie. Sign the bottom of the form.
  • Check made out to KYH with Deposit amount due, or full amount if possible. The amount is indicated on the Registration Form.
